Almost time to curl…
The installation of the ice is well under way. Several floods
went down last week and over the weekend and the ice is now being painted white.
The first games are on Monday 14th September at 6.15pm. Practice ice
may be available from Monday 14th September, please call on the day
to book.
Anniversary Bonspiel
To mark the 10th Anniversary of Curl Aberdeen we
are running a fun and social evening of curling. Entries are on an individual
basis and teams will be drawn prior to the bonspiel. The cost is £10 per person
for a minimum of 2 three end games and a buffet dinner. The emphasis of this is
a social event and it would be great to have all clubs represented along with
any past members you would like to invite. To enter please email curling@curl-aberdeen.co.uk stating
your preferred playing position.
Membership Reminder
Membership fees are now due. This must be paid prior to your
first game in order to reactivate your door access card. To pay membership fees
please phone Jackie on 01224 810369 between 9am – 1pm. If you are no longer
curling and do not wish to renew your membership please email admin@curl-aberdeen.co.uk
