European Playdowns
Sadly neither of our members competing in the men's section won the right to represent Scotland at the European Championships in Esbjerg, Denmark. Team Macdonald (David Edwards) finished fourth in a tight double round robin, and Team Brewster (Tom Brewster) went on to compete in the final against Team Smith, in a best of three. Both games went to the last stone with Team Brewster losing the first two games by the one shot. More about the last weekend can be found here.
